Agreement
By using muxd, you agree to these terms. muxd is open-source software provided under the Apache License 2.0. These terms govern your use of the muxd software and the muxd.sh website.
License
muxd is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own API keys and any costs incurred with LLM providers.
- You are responsible for the code and changes that muxd generates or modifies on your behalf.
- You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party LLM provider you use with muxd.
Disclaimer of Warranties
muxd is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with you.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Batalabs be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of muxd, including but not limited to data loss, code modifications, or costs incurred through third-party API usage.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of muxd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
